These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDFPilot4U (https://pdfpilot4u.com), operated by Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using PDFPilot4U, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• "Platform" means the website https://pdfpilot4u.com, its tools, AI features, API, and all related services.
• "Services" means all PDF tools, AI features, and any other functionality offered on the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a guest or registered account holder.
• "Subscription" means a paid plan (Premium or Ultra) granting access to advanced features.
• "Content" means any documents, files, text, or data you upload to or generate through the Platform.
• "Razorpay" means Razorpay Software Private Limited, our authorised payment gateway.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or make any purchase. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited.

• You may use certain features as a guest without registering. Paid plans require account registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@pdfpilot4u.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Platform under a single paid account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PDFPilot4U offers the following plans:

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), our authorised payment gateway partner.
• By initiating a payment, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used — whether credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet.
• You authorise Razorpay to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on the billing date and on each subsequent renewal date.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS standards.
• All amounts are displayed and charged in INR.
• Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of access to paid features until payment is resolved.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date by emailing support@pdfpilot4u.com.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Ensure you have the legal right to upload any document you submit to the Platform.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable Indian and international laws in connection with your use of the Platform.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, defamatory, obscene, or copyright-infringing content.
• Process documents containing CSAM (child sexual abuse material) or any content harmful to minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform or its AI models.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security feature of the Platform.
• Send spam, phishing content, or malware through or via the Platform.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or organisation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Platform's Services without our written permission.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure.

• The Platform — including its software, AI models, interface, logos, and content (excluding user-uploaded files) — is the sole intellectual property of Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd., protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
• You retain full ownership of documents and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to deliver the Services you have requested.
• You must not reproduce, republish, modify, or resell any portion of the Platform, its outputs, or its AI-generated content without our written permission.
• The name "PDFPilot4U" and associated logos are trademarks of Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd.

PDFPilot4U offers AI-powered features including document chat, summarisation, translation, paraphrasing, data extraction, and Agent Mode. Please note:

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
• Do not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions. Always verify with a qualified professional.
• We do not use your uploaded documents to train our AI models.
• AI feature availability and limits vary by plan. See the Pricing page for details.
• We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue AI features at any time.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, documents, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Platform.
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content you upload, process, or transmit through the Platform.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
• For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time without liability.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support@pdfpilot4u.com or through your account dashboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Your uploaded data will be deleted within 30 days.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
