PDFPilot4U is an AI-powered PDF processing platform that provides tools for merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and analyzing PDF documents. The Service includes browser-based tools, API access, agent workflows, and AI-powered document analysis capabilities.

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and process through the Service. PDFPilot4U does not claim ownership of your content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of PDFPilot4U Technologies.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Uploaded files are processed on our servers and stored according to your selected retention period. Files are automatically deleted after the retention period expires. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data during upload, processing, and storage.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PDFPilot4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
