Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on PDFPilot4U (https://pdfpilot4u.com), operated by Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd.
We are committed to a fair and transparent process. If you have any questions about a charge or your plan, please contact us at hello@pdfpilot4u.com before raising a dispute — we resolve most issues within 2 business days.

This Policy applies to the following paid plans:

Auto-Renewal
- All paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- You will be charged the applicable plan price in INR on your renewal date using the payment method on file.
- You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before your next billing date.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date (see Section 5).
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- You have not used more than a reasonable portion of the plan's AI operations or features.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error on our part.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase or renewal date.
- Subscription renewals where you were notified in advance and did not cancel before the due date.
- Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period are not provided.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — AI results are inherently probabilistic and we cannot guarantee specific outputs.
- Purchases made using promotional codes or special discount offers, unless a technical error occurred.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time using either method below. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Method 1 — Self-Service (Recommended)
- Log in to your PDFPilot4U account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Method 2 — Email Request
- Email hello@pdfpilot4u.com with subject line: "Cancel Subscription".
- Include your registered email address and your Razorpay subscription or transaction ID.
- We will process the cancellation within 1 business day and send a confirmation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@pdfpilot4u.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include all of the following:
- Your registered email address on PDFPilot4U.
- Your Razorpay Payment / Transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- The date of purchase and the plan purchased (Premium or Ultra).
- Your reason for requesting a refund — please explain clearly why you believe you are eligible for a refund. Requests without a reason will not be processed.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with approval, the refund amount (after applicable deductions), or denial with reason.
- If approved, the refund (net of minimum processing charges) will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated, along with the final amount credited.

Duplicate / Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period or charged in error, contact us immediately at hello@pdfpilot4u.com.
Please provide your Razorpay transaction ID. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Confirmed erroneous charges will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
Payment via Razorpay
All payments on PDFPilot4U are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). When a refund is approved by us, we initiate it through Razorpay's platform.
- The credit timeline to your account depends on Razorpay and your bank's processing time — typically 5 to 7 business days from refund initiation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Razorpay or your financial institution.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve most billing disputes within 2 business days.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account. We will cooperate fully with Razorpay and your bank to respond to any chargeback requests and will provide transaction evidence where required.
