• Set evaluation rigor.
• Mentor ML engineers.
• Publish externally when relevant.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years production ML.
• Deep OCR/retrieval/RAG/agent experience.
• Strong Python + PyTorch.
• Track record shipping ML models.
